Čornajas parish villages for large and small residents in rural and business days had the opportunity to visit our village cheese master Marina Reinkikov. Marina is a very kind, hospitable, chuckle housekeeper in her home. With livestock farming, the Reinikov family started to do so since 1992, but the mysteries of the cheese began to be studied three years ago. Marina showed her and told her how the cheeses were cooked, what the cheese's cooking secrets were, and how to do it. Of_course, all the attendants could also taste the cheese. The most delicious small visitors had a sweet cheese with raisins, while older people were better tasted with caraway. 'Of course it's a taste of taste,' says the housewife. In Marina's house, the cheese is every day in the table because she likes experimenting and two equal cheeses never meet. Only always should love and good mood be present, then the cheese will always succeed.
