Reconstruction works in Maltas secondary school under THE ERDF project “Development of the secondary school infrastructure of the municipality of Rezekne”

Implementation of the project “Rēzekne Municipal High School Infrastructure Development” No. 3DP/3 .6 .2 .1 .0/13/IPIA/010, launched at the end of 2013, within which THE reconstruction works of THE TWO buildings of the secondary school of Maltas and the total infrastructure are performed. According to the contracts concluded, the costs OF construction works AT Maltas are set AT EUR 6 233 075.75 (excluding VAT), including THE reconstruction costs OF THE 1 st building of THE Maltas in EUR 529 326,47, the simplified reconstruction OF THE 1 tp44t secondary school building in EUR 662 465.32 and the costs OF the total infrastructure reconstruction work of EUR 5 041 283.96.

Reconstruction works shall be carried out in accordance with the schedule of works. On 1 March, construction works OF Maltas in the housing of the secondary school 1 st building have been completed in the amount of 48,11 TP1T, the performance of the simplified reconstruction work of the upper-class 2 nd building building is 46.61 TP1T. In both cases, indoor finishing works are currently being intensively carried out. The execution of the total infrastructure reconstruction works has been carried out at 26,71 TP1T, including the finalisation of concrete concrete works, the supply of metal structures and the assembly of growers, and the betting of the covers. Due to early spring and favourable weather conditions, the sports stadium reconstruction work launched last year could continue.

In implementing the activities of the “Secondary School of Rēzekne Municipality”, the environment will be organized and the availability of public services in the municipality of Rezekne will be improved.

The project is implemented within the framework of activity 3.6.2.1. of the appendix to the programme “Infrastructure and Services” “Support for complex development of municipality municipalities”. Sources of financing of the project: co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund 54.781 TP1T; the State budget grant of 3.751 TP1T and the share of local government financing shall be 41,471 TP1T of the total eligible costs.
