These were eight social workers from the municipality of Rezekne - Dricānu, Kantinieku, Mākoņkalna, Maltas, Griškānu, Audriņu parish. The lecturer introduced new topics and gave the knowledge how to deliver the material to the audience. On the second day, the girls were ready to stand in front of the audience and get their knowledge to new participants in the seminar. On the second day, both city and municipality social workers and carers were invited to the training.
Knowledge of the basic course of the first psychosocial assistance, dialogue, conflict management and non-violent communication was provided.
After training, all 22 participants received a course certificate for the subject matter. The new lecturers discussed how to organise events in their parish to pass on knowledge.
