05.09.2014

Education

September 1 of the Rēzekne High School (RA) took over the knowledge of the day of the day, bringing together RA faculty, guests, students, and particularly among the students of Study 1. There was a strong atmosphere of cohesion, because it was in this year of study that students of all faculty students would study in one place – the liberation alley 115. It is important to emphasise that the studies will take place in beautiful and modern rooms, as the new engineer faculty building that was discovered this summer is also available to students.
In the celebration of the day, there was a lot of good wish to start the new year of study, from THE RA of THE RA rector Edmunds Turumnieks, THE RA faculty deckants and THE RA student of the Council of Latvia Julia Kirillova, while the blessing of all the present was given BY THE Bishop of V.E. Rēzekne-Aglona's diets, Jānis Boaris. The school and design faculty student Christine Pokule served as musical events.
After the formal event, RA students took part in roses festivals, where two young people – a girl and a boy – who win the honest RA roses and RA knight titles are raised traditionally from among the students of the first courses. The event was co-chaired and young people were encouraged by the 2013 rosis title, Student 2 student of the Study programme “Interior Design”, Kristine Laizāne and Student 1 student Aldis Kaļva, student of the Masters Study Programme.
This year, his talents, attractiveness and improvising abilities were demonstrated by 13 first course students: Ieva Grevele, Laura grota, Laura Gruntmane, Laura Kudravska, Cynthia Kalva, Cynthia Lāže, Janis Kozlov, Edgars Grandāns, Laura Kalniņa, Justs Zaremba, Erasmus exchange programme student Christophe Marec from France, Arthur Ikaunieks and Diana Mežajevo.
The participants showed their talents, both singing and playing the guitar, depicting their conspicuous literary works, dancing and astonishing their actor arts.
Student talents were evaluated by creative and competent jury – RA graduate, 2006 rosis titula winner, Ozolaines parish youth case specialists and RA dance group “Jiga” dancer Leila Rasima, july Kirillova, Rēzekne theatre studio “Joriks” actor and director Andris Ušpelis, and Director of the 2006 Knight's title, Ainars Svelpe, a known and favorite member of the Latgale group “Gints and Eu”. After the performance of the various tasks, the jury made a laureate Cudravsk on the rose of that year, but John Kozuls became a knight.
Young people not only won titles and valuable prizes from RA, but also prizes for the new year of study from Swedbank Rēzekne branch and gift card for Hesburger's visit from ISIC.lv. Similarly, the winners received gift cards of 70 euros for a wonderful photo session that includes visual image creation and photographer services, thank YOU for THE RA graduate, Style Lāsmai Leinkai, and the photographer Ivar Daugulim.
Laura Kudravska, the recipient of THE RA rosis title, graduated FROM Kaunatas High School and studied at Rezekne High School in the “interpreter rapporteur” programme. Why such a choice? The young woman tells her that she is good at English, and since the beginning of secondary school she knew exactly what she was going to study. Laura is an active and talented young girl whose hobbies are musical with their group, dancing, sport and riding.
The studio at Rezekne's Higher School Laura chose because many of her friends had been studying here, “i knew from her that Rezekne's university is an institution where not only can a good education and work, but also new friends, be acquainted with the tradition of higher school and a good time,” says Laura. For other RA students, the title of this year's rosis won: “so that all students are actively enjoying student life and that there is time for both learning and entertainment and sleep!”
RA Knight Jānis Kozlovs has graduated from Iecava High School. For his choice to study at Rezekne High School, he says he liked the study programme “geography and social scientist”, so he decided to study in Rezekne. John acknowledges that he liked the roses, and his memory would remain the moment when he was selected as the knight's title. Similarly, the young man acknowledges that this kind of event can be a great way of showing himself from the best.
“My hobbies are basketball games, geography, travel,” says John. I have to admit that this year's knight's titula won a great deal of improvisation, as well as hoping for good poems in a short period of time, because the poem created during the event for Rezekne and the student life were both good-standing and also made it difficult for them to smile. For other students John would try to be as better and better as possible.
Thank the participants of the event and everyone who helped to ensure THAT RA's Day and Rose Festival! Thank you again for the supporters of the event – Swedbank Rēzekne branch, ISIC.lv, styles Lāsmai Leiņa and photographer Ivars Daugulis! To create a creative, successful and perfect new year of study!
