Festival of the Health Promotion Festival in Lendes and Kaunatā

The “Health Facilitation Festival” organised by the municipality of Rezekne on July 19 th and July 20 ON July 20.
By encouraging citizens to live healthy, revealing both new movement lessons and care about their psychotic well-being, the “Health Facilitation Festival” was organized in the Rēzekne municipality. More than 1000 inhabitants showed interest in various activities.
In the course of two days, the municipality had the opportunity to play an active role and participate as a viewer, introducing various movement activities – zumbs, cigars, classic aerobics and physiotherapy activities, pilots, gymnastics for mothers with children, and watching and participating in the demonstration of street gymnastics and dancing together with the folklore group “Igae”.
Both large and small festival visitors had the opportunity to look at the weeping habits of the soap Bubble and the fierce microbial hand-washing habits, to explore the big wooden games, to participate in chess, checkers, table tennis and novo tournament, and to participate in the demonstration of art, music, dance and sand treatment.
Physiotherapist Kaspars Lochmelis, psychologist Inga Gedrim, and gonga sound specialist Evita Sarma gave practical advice on the maintenance of physical and mental health. The message of how to maintain natural balance and inner peace through flowers was taught by the Baha flower specialist Lilita Kalniņa.
One of the most visited areas in the festival was a healthy diet class, in which the real Latvian housewife Ilze Briede, who encouraged visitors to observe the principle “with meaning and mayor”, shared their knowledge. In the course of two days, the landlord was surprised by a number of simple but delicious recipes for medieval soups, carrot and oat flour, rye flour, sweet curd, and delicious stew. As part of the masterclass, visitors had the opportunity to respect the fruit of the “Maxima” “Maxima”.
During the event, the members of the group baritoni shared the story of a healthy life-style experience and ran for Reizniece from the group “Ilgis”, but on how to live a long and healthy life, Professor Anatoly Dunillan said.
At the end of the day, the representatives of the local government, from among the participants, drew up three happy ones, which divided the bundles of kitchenware and urban bicycles among themselves.
The Festival of Health Promotion was organised within THE framework OF THE ESF Project No. 9.2.4.2/16/I/027 “live healthy in Rezekne District!” and its activities focus on public awareness, education, development of personal skills, behavioural change and the development of healthy lifestyles, which contribute to the development of a healthy society.
