Residents and guests of Rezekne municipality may report discards in the territory of the municipality by using a mobile app in Mobio.lv

In order to allow the residents of Rezekne to inform the local government and other institutions quickly and easily about the various problems - damage to street, lighting infrastructure, unauthorised landfills etc. and the employees of the relevant institution are able to solve operational problems, the municipality has entered into a contract with the mobile platform Mobio.lv.
With the use of Mobio.lv platforms, you can report all kinds of problems and disorder that are detected in any area of the drain - the broken tree, the washed road, the stray dog, or the illumination of the street, the suspicion of parents who don't see children. Information about the problem, image, and location will be received by the parish specialist, who will contact the sender if necessary.
The app Mobio.lv be downloaded into the user's mobile phone (designed for users of touch-sensitive mobile phones). The phone requires an Internet connection and the geolocation location (GPS) must be activated. When you sign up for an application, you must specify your name, surname, and phone number, to which the confirmation message (SMS) will come with the code you want to enter, then select your parish from the proposed list.
The Platform shall ensure operational action in the prevention of the problem, control of the execution of works and a review of the work done, contributing to a more coherent and safer environment in the Rēzekne District.
