899 services are provided in the Rēzekne municipality in the customer service centres during the year

In order to allow residents of the Rezekne municipality to receive the services of public institutions even faster, more convenient and irrespective of the declared place of residence, since last year in Dricaanas, Kaunatā, Maltā and Nautrēnu parish, Rogovka is operated by Rēzekne District Customer Service Centres (CAC). 899 services were provided during the year, the largest number of services provided IN Maltā–529 services, Kaunatā serviced 176, Nautriene - 106, and Dricans - 78 visitors.
The establishment of national and local government service centres is an initiative of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development (VARAM) so that citizens can receive information or advice as close as possible to their place of residence, as well as submit submissions to the public authorities.
In early 2017, WE CAN grant a target grant to the municipality of Rezekne for the establishment and maintenance of CAC, the purchase of new hardware and multi-functional equipment, as well as a centre for the remuneration of employees.
The residents receive not only local government but also nine public institutions in one-off. In centres, customers can register their domestic animals, which are the service provided by the agricultural data centre, to submit a submission for the acquisition of the status of unemployed persons and jobseekers, to receive support for the submission of the residence declaration, which is the services of citizenship and migration affairs, to submit an annual income declaration and to receive support for the use of the electronic declaration system, as well as to fill in applications for the receipt of different State social benefits.
The State authorities, as the services may receive CAC, are the Agricultural Data Centre, the Rural Support Service, the State Agency for Employment, the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, the Enterprise Register, the State Labour Inspectorate, the State Revenue Service, the State Social Insurance Agency, the State Land Service.

All CAC works on working days from 8.00 to 16.30 with half-hour lunch breaks while Maltas CAC working time is between 8.00 and 17.00 with an hour-long lunch break.
