The Rēzekne municipality is invited to participate in the football festival “Live Your Goals”

On 24 September, a girls' football festival will be held in Rezekne, to which footballers are invited. The event “Live Your Goals Football Festivals” is a football development programme implemented by the International Federation of Football Federation (FIFA), which has been in Latvia for a fourth year with the efforts of Latvian football Federation (LFF).
The main goal of the programme is to let each girl engage in football, try and feel this beautiful sport as well as its emotional side. The expected events are invited to take part in the cities of the city and surrounding regions and their parents to get closer to the football and try their forces in this sport. The Rēzekne girls' football day is particularly invited to participate in girls aged between six and 12.
During events in collaboration with Rēzekne BJSS trainers, various football-related activities, relay and games will be held, as well as girls and their parents will have the opportunity to be commemorated from FIFA and LFF. Local schools, whose students will participate in the girls' football day, will have the opportunity to receive equipment and bombs for use in sports hours.

For the second year, Live Your Goals Football Festival is organized throughout the year as a series of events to expand the festival's geography. So far, similar events have taken place in Riga, Liepaja, Jelgava and Ventspils.
