The municipality of Rezekne is invited TO participate in the activities of the project “folklore school 2”

The implementation of the “folkloras skola2” project supported by the State Culture Capital will continue in THE municipality of Rezekne. The parish administration invites to apply and participate in the activities of the “folklore school 2” project:

• 24 March, at 13.00 – 14.30 lecture “development of clothing in Latgale and Latvia in the 18 th - 19 th century”,
• at 15.00 - 16.30 lecture “garment and wedding of 19 th century garments”,

Lectures are managed by a cultural history researcher, Dr. Ieva Pegozne.
- April (date and time to be specified):

• A masterpiece of posters at the masters Andra Kachkane;
• “Handshop” - Latgalian traditional handwriting with the “fire” of ancient clubs;
• Visit to the museum of Latgale cultural history;

- in May (date and time to be specified):

• Lecture “family and anniversary traditions in Latgale”, directed by Professor Angelika Jusko-Schtekele, associate professor of the Rēzekne Technology Academy;
• “Handshop” - Latgalian traditional handwriting with ancient club “fire”

- June (date and time to be specified):

• Crown of crown and flower crowns, head of medicine wife Reiter
