On 7 October, a new family competition “rural masters” was held in the Postava district in Belarus, which traditionally includes the families of Rezekne municipality. This time the municipality was represented by Victoria and Mareks Mazkevich from Ozolmuižas parish, with an 8-month-old son, Adrian.
The competition is organised for the Seventh time, the purpose of which is to promote life in the countryside and to tell about the new families who live and play in the countryside. Five new families took part in the competition, the first place was acquired by the owners - Nadežda and Andrejs Soboi, who raise two children. The second place was won by representatives of Rezekne District, Victoria and Mareks Mazkevici, who came in front of the jury in the archaeological XII-century Latvian countryside and were finely finished with all the tasks of the competition. Victoria admits that the competition was very good: a very nice event, responsive and affectionate. The Belarusian side enjoyed our compatriots, even called the Vikings.
In the tender business card we talked about ourselves – we worked with the shooting, we took part IN THE LEARN project competition in 2015 and got the first money for our business. We're doing business, we're offering people to shoot a circle. We participate in the events of the historic reconstruction club, both in Latvia and Lithuania and Belarus. "
The Head of the Rēzekne District Council was also the vice-president of the Rēzekne District Council, Elhusband Pizāne: “our cooperation with Belarus continues for many years, cooperation in cultural, sports and education. Like we, the Belarusians are thinking of attracting young people to the fields. '
