In the municipality of Rezekne, a discussion is held on the activities of Latvian small regiments

On Tuesday, 30 January, representatives of the local government of Latvia and the municipality of Rezekne, a small crowd, met in the council of Rezekne, in order to discuss the activities in the project “owners of their municipality”.
Anastasija Saleniece, head of the Rēzekne municipality's legal department, Ilona Turka, head of the municipality of Rēzekne, head of the municipality of Rēzekne, the head of the municipality of Rēzekne, Guntars skudra, the youth affairs specialist Janina Širina, head of the local government interest education workforce Janina Sirina, as well as the Rēzekne municipality's small circle with leaders – Nautrēnu grandregiment with manager Imanta Tuchester, Maltas small regimen with manager Imanta Tuchester, IS involved with the conversation with the Rēzekne municipality council, Anastasija Saleniece, head of the legal department of the municipality of Rezekne, the head of the legal department of Rezekne, the head of the legal department of Rezekne. The discussion was organised by the Latvian Small Board Council.
Randa Khinge, Vice-President of the Council of Latvia, presented the participants with the project “their landlords”. Experts informed the decision-making process in the municipality, as well as working with young people in Rezekne municipality. The participants of the discussion looked at the previously prepared presentations of young people on the work done, the achievements, as well as their visits to the municipality. The small crowd discussed real activities, how entrepreneurship in Rezekne municipality could be promoted, together with representatives of the Council of Latvia and representatives of the Council of Latvia, prepared presentations regarding their wishes, so that the municipality of Rezekne would be aware of their dreams.
In the course of the event, active discussions took place on how the young people could help develop the Rēzekne municipality and the new entrepreneurs, as well as how the council could support the small crowds. It was proposed to co-operate with small-scale TV and Latgale regional television to promote small-circle work, organise regular meetings to share experience and ideas, build small cluster good works, support Small Collect initiatives etc.
By gathering the results of the discussion, the participants acknowledged that this day had been very valuable. The inspiration of this day from the participants: “The small group must be united with the municipality to strengthen each other”.
The European Union Erasmus + project “new housekeepers” was the subject of a discussion on “the housekeepers of its municipality”. It is one of eight discussions in Latvia's municipality. All the results of the discussions will be presented at the final conference of the project in Riga in February 2018.
