The managers of the municipality of Rezekne shall complement the knowledge of the council of parish councils

The Heads of State of the municipality of Rezekne, the leaders of the municipalities of the municipality of Rēzekne, supplement their knowledge this spring by acquiring the vocational improvement education programme “management and administration of local government work”, which has been prepared by the Latvian local government training centre. Experienced Lektori parish managers have already conducted activities on land use and land management in local government, on public procurement and electronic procurement system, as well as on anti-corruption measures in local government. In the coming weeks, the parish managers will have the opportunity to listen to lectures on financial flows in local government, ensuring publicity, as well as local government rights, duties and problems in the administration of real estate tax. It should be noted that when training is completed, the parish managers will also receive a certificate for the acquisition of an educational programme.
