Due to low postal service demand, a Pušas post office performance model and working time are changed in the Rēzekne municipality as of 3 May 2018, adapting it to the real needs of the population. In view of the low demand for postal services IN THE Pušas post office, which is an average of two shipments per weekday and gives Latvia an annual loss of over 4000 euros, the business model and working time of the post office is changed, while the citizens will continue to be comfortable with all the necessary postal services.
As far as so far, AT THE point OF delivery OF Pušas postal services, all postal services and other services provided by Latvian postal services will be available to citizens: receipt and transmission of simple and registered domestic and cross-border letter correspondence, receipt and transmission of domestic and cross-border postal parcels, purchase of stamps and envelopes, subscriptions of press publications, contributions to the postal settlement system (PNS) account, payment of money transfers, payment of utility payments and other invoices and purchase of commercial goods in retail trade.
For any region of the region, there is already a wide range of possibilities to receive the necessary postal services at the postage directly in his place of residence. The poster at the place of residence of the client shall ensure the transmission of postcards and letters, the purchase of stamps and envelopes, the lodging of mail delivery at home, the subscription of press expenses, the receipt of money and receipt of the pension, the payment of utilities and other invoices, contributions TO THE PNS account, etc.

Upon receipt of a call for withdrawal of a registered shipment, the residents shall have the opportunity to submit a free receipt OF the consignment AT THE place of delivery OF THE postal services OF Pušas, in advance by telephone 646 32240 or 27892743 and indicating the date on which the customer wishes to receive the postal item. While attending a Maltas post office at station street 79, receipt of consignments without prior application is possible every working day from 8 to 17 and Saturdays from 9 to 13.
The number and location of the places of provision of postal services shall be determined by a decision of the Council of the Commission of the Public Service Regulator regarding the obligations of the universal postal service, which stipulates that the postal service in the territorial unit of each municipality shall have at least one place of provision of postal services.
THE citizens of Pušas will be informed of special information notices in mailboxes from 3 April after 3 May.
