Customer service centres are successfully operating in Rezekne municipality

In order for residents of the Rezekne municipality to receive the services of public institutions even faster, more convenient and irrespective of the declared place of residence, for two years in four parish centres - Dricans, Kaunatā, Maltā and Nautrēnu parish parish in Rogovka, the single customer service centres of the State and local government of Rezekne (VPVKAC) operate in Rogovka. Over the course of two years, 1821 services were provided, the largest number of services provided IN Maltā–1080 services, Kaunatā serviced 354, Nautriene - 244, but there were 143 visitors in Dricans.

The establishment of national and local government service centres is an initiative of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development (VARAM) so that citizens can receive services as close as possible to the place of residence and also receive information or advice and submit submissions to the public authorities.

The State authorities, as services may receive VPVKAC, are the Agricultural Data Centre, the Rural Support Service, the State Agency for Employment, the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, the Enterprise Register, the State Labour Inspectorate, the State Revenue Service, the State Social Insurance Agency, the State Land Service.
