Military training will be held in the municipality of Rezekne

In May, the National Armed Forces of the Rēzekne municipality will carry out the training of the land force team. From 9 to 13 May, in the territory OF Čornajas, Kaunatas and Stoļerovas parish, the battle support battalion rota has planned to perform tactical activities with the construction of a patrol base at the water body and the use of special shots simulation aids. On the other hand, from 16 to 18 May Čornajas and Griškānu parish territory will take tactical activities with patrol base and the use of special shots. 50 soldiers in full combat equipment will participate in the planned training, as well as military road transport units will be involved.

The citizens are encouraged not to worry, seeing the movement of military machinery and soldiers around the road. In the course of military training, the property of individuals or the environment will not be affected, and all fire safety regulations will be complied with.
