Rēzekne Municipality Championship won second place in Madona

On October 3, the Rēzekne municipality of Rēzekne took part in the Open volleyball championship of Madona. In the first phase, which took place in February, our girls won one win and had two losses. Because of the covid 19, the second phase, which had to take place in March, was cancelled until time came to clear the champions.

In the first game, our girls spoke with the Jçkabpils team (Stage 1 champions OF SVL). The girls played very persuasive, earned a win in two sets. The second game came from the Madona team. The game was a fucking man. Unfortunately, the mistakes were not allowed to win against the tough Madonians. A painful loss of 2-0 (25-23, 26-24) was experienced. The third game won the Lavordon team girls and the silver medal.

Anna Tripāne was recognised as the best team player. The team played at both stages - Linda Bumbesha, Jekaterina Cvetkova-Borisovsky, dawn Meinerte, Victoria Gudele, Victoria Zuckov, Laura Lucatnik, Erika's profits, Sarmitte Brolisha, Ilona Vabale, July Šteimanova.
