Rēzekne, the tenth birthday!

On July 1, it was 10 years since the creation of Rezekne. We are the largest municipality in Latvia, which combines 25 parish municipalities, the most magnificent municipality with a diverse natural landscape, which includes both the wide plains of Luban and Rasnava pauguraine, the municipality with the largest lakes of Latgale - Luban and Razna. In the municipality of Rezekne, there are strong industrial enterprises and farm farms, tourist companies and pottery biscuits, Latgale yogendyle pearl, and a cultural site known throughout Latvia - Lūznavas manor, the parish of Rezekne municipality, living and talented people. In congratulating every citizen of Rezekne Municipality in festivals, the President OF the Rēzekne District Council, Monvīds Švarcs, stressed that this time has demonstrated the viability of the local government model, so it is necessary to continue to preserve and develop the Rēzekne municipality.
