Rezekne municipality implements THE LEADER project at Siledge
From 23 February 2018 to 31 January 2019, the municipality of Rēzekne shall implement THE EAFRD project “to be familiar with Silmalas cultural house”, contract No 17-01-AL15-a019 .2202-000055. The objective of the project is the development and promotion of THE parish cultural life of Silmalas parish and the population of Rezekne, supporting public initiatives and opportunities for the organisation and management of parish and municipality cultural events by purchasing a set of professional matching equipment.
Medical fitting with professional sound equipment is a large step in improving THE material base OF Silmalas. In rural areas, the cultural house is the main place where the population is provided with educational cultural leisure. In order to promote the events of Silmalas parish cultural events, the design of the project will purchase a set of matching hardware from: 2 scandals, 2 sabovels, stand scans, mixer consoles and 11 sound wires. Currently, Silmalas CN does not contain high-quality acoustic hardware, which poses problems in the course of every event. The life of the cultural house is saturated with the events of Silmalas parish and Rēzekne municipality, as the premises of the cultural house have recently been repaired and are able to accommodate a large number of visitors. There are 300 audience seats in the Acquisition hall and can be taken here immediately around 1 % local action group (VRG). The purchase of quality sound hardware will contribute to an increase in the level of measures. Our cultural house contains a set of theatre friends, one lawyer and two dance ensembles, whose members are actively participating in various parish and regional events, but complete attempts require good hardware that we don't have. The new equipment will improve the quality of self-performing collective input and promote the motivation of participants to engage more actively in the activities of the cultural house and attract new stakeholders. The results of the project will be visible at the beginning of 2019 and will be topical AT THE LEVEL of THE NRG for at least 10 years. As a result of the participation in the project, our Silmalas CN will have the opportunity to obtain the necessary funding to help develop full development, as well as to provide the basis for demonstrating creative capacity, to be a good incentive for other residents OF THE Silmalas parish for full-time travel, and also a peculiar ad so THAT THE Silmalas parish will also visit visitors from nearby parish and all county parish-scale events.
Silmalas parish residents are smart, active and talented. IN Silmalas CN rooms, 2-4 measures are held every month. In 2017, 37 events were held, visited by around 3000 people (at least 10% VRG residents). Silmalas AN integral part OF THE CN auras is a touching public holiday event, Christmas time concerts, amateur theatre shows and other work events. Qualitative adaptation of the events in the hall will improve the quality of all these and many of the measures that have yet to be taken, and hence the attendance, thus also the quality of organised events as a whole. The total amount of the project is EUR 6700,00, including EAFRD financing - 6030,00 EUR (90%), Silmalas parish management financing - EUR 670,00 (10%).
