On the morning of the seventh morning, the sun-heated minds and visitors were urged to go to the autumn market in Borovaya and the craftsman, the “Lobs Lobam” market. He had never enjoyed such a trade IN Malta. The joy was both buyers and traders.
At three o'clock in the afternoon there had been such a pig's ears. All that the earth, the autumn, and the hands of his hand have been turned into a joy, a spiritual food that is the culinary heritage of every nation. Call it as you want, but every stage of history, for each nation, its culinary flavours, smells and features. As UNESCO had announced this week as a week of culinary inheritance, the Maltese sanctioned it on Saturday. While THE Griškānu parish of the Gypsy song “Charger” was boiling a real gypsy soup, the members of the Dagda Belarusian association “Verbica” were honored with salted and smoked fat, and the meat that can be stored in a wooden box in the saline for two, three years and salt is absorbed as much as it is necessary. If the need, the return piece and the salt refrigerator operate further. But this ancient wisdom, called the culinary heritage, needs to be familiar. Tatjana Gogalinska, the leader of the association, was willing to share his knowledge of the preparation of meat for storage, as well as to respect the white-Russian soft hot drink “Sbicene”, which is capable of warming and refraining in the wet autumn and cold winter evenings. The recipe can be found in google, but what tea and herbs belong here, each housewife kept secret. It is a recipe for this spiritual and treating drink that is transferred from generation to generation.
The Rēzekne Ukrainian association and manager Valentine Zakachura had been wearing an autumn-rich table. Like Belarusians, the fat is always placed in the table. Valentin wore his own cooked, salted, pepper-scattered and smoked fat. Mushrooms, “potatoes” with cabbages, potatoes, cherries and meat, “nalisniki” — potato pancakes with meat and poppies. Meat and liver rolls, aubergines in garlic sauce. The Ukrainian “pampuški” in garlic sauce, which is one of the recipes of Ukrainian culinary heritage! The Ukrainians were willing to share their culinary heritage, recipes and cooking features.
IN Maltas, the members of the Seniora ensemble “Varaluca” called for the taste of the mushrooms. Sylvia Smirnova had prepared the caviar of the mushrooms and tasted it on the roasted rye bread, which was covered with garlic. What, and how much caviar, if you were not in the market, ask Sylvia, too, about the many folks. To enjoy it all, the soup prepared by the Charger ladies, dancing around the fire and giving him a smile. From which soup? As a joke, the housewives, all the gypsies on the way. Also, the medicine tea on the fire has already been cooked to taste the integral part of the Russian culinary heritage – barberries, bones and bombones with filling. Or a herbal tea with the Latvian culinary heritage – rye bread with butter, cheese cheese or smoked meat slices. The musical heritage, its diversity and the autumn mood were not less valuable and important. It sometimes seemed that the material and intangible heritage merged into one whole. As in the old, good Borovaya times, there was a variety of cultures with rich autumn flavour, scent and musical color. The Music and songs of the People's music were addressed by the Community collective “GRANDELTOV” of the Jews of Daugavpils (Vad. Grigorijs Kagans), the Rēzekne Ukrainian ensemble “Vodograj” (Vad. Tatjana Orlova), the Dagda Belarusian anti-Russian anchor “Akolica” (Vad. Tamara Starovoiceva), Griškānu parish gypsy ensemble “Charger” (lead Ludmila Ulsone), Maltas seniora ensemble “Varalucsna”/( ad. Helen Turlaya, field chapel “Malta” (lead Normunds Schtekel). The Borovaya boys, the children's dance group “damon”, “Charger” gypsy silk, and the salt jars against hulling, curse, etc., were also brought into the ancient Borovaya. Maltas high school parents' clubs (lead Olga Orlova).
Along with the market in Borovaya, this time IN THE parish OF Maltas, the Rēzekne municipality's rural benefit market “Lobs lobby”, which has now become mobile and takes place in the parish of Rezekne municipality. Local people were able to purchase Rezekne's household, artisanal products and farm products. The events of all events were watched and the photographs of Rēzekne's photographer “autumn mosaic” took place in their photographs.
I sincerely thank the participants of the Rēzekne District, “Lobs lobby”, the chucky Latgale people, their 'Mom', the parent consultant of the “LEARN” foundation, Dainai Butlerei, all the members of the market who shared the recipes and allowed to feel different autumn smells and taste, musicist, singing, dancing, beating pots, guiding dough, late pumpkin and calling out. Thank YOU FOR financing and transport thanks TO Maltas parish administration and manager Vitaly Skudr. Thanks to Alda Barovsky's team for setting up the market and the event area. Calm, calm, and heart warmth in every house.
