Sakstagala parish project “Creation of children's playground“ children's smile ”

The implementation of project No 17-01-AL15-a019 .2202-000062 “Establishment of children's toy area“ children's smile ”, which was supported by the European Agricultural Latvian Rural Development Programme 2014-2020“ Implementation of activities under the community-led local development strategy ”in the 4 th competition, has been approved and launched by the municipality OF Rezekne municipality.
The aim of the project is to improve public activities in the village OF Rēzekne Sakstagala parish in Uļjanov Village, performing the acquisition and installation of PII “ANTS” children's playground structures.
The eligible costs of the project are EUR 6627,65, of which 5964,88 EUR public funding, while 662,77 EUR Sakstagala parish co-financing.
The project will include a children's playground set, which will consist of toy towns, obstacle bridges, toy house, three-seat children's swings, two single-seat springs.
The project has a sustainable impact, as it will also motivate residents OF THE parish of Sakstagala to bring their children to this pre-school educational institution instead of choosing one of the city kindergartens, which in turn ensures that the child will remain at the local parish school and the parents will continue to be the parish of Sakstagala as their habitual residence. Sakstagala parish is children who come from a group of socially vulnerable persons or are members of their family - young people, unemployed, pre-retirement age, retirement age and people with disabilities. The applicant therefore considers that the project is also aimed at a socially disadvantaged group, creating an opportunity for children to play at children's playgrounds free of charge while providing a new chance of leisure.
