Project on the construction of a car park in the territory of F.Tradog Museum “Colnasate”
In order to organize the infrastructure in the area of F.Tradog museum and improve the conditions of access to the museum while improving the environment of the cultural historical object, the Rēzekne municipality project No 17-01-AL15-a019 .2201-000001 “building of the parking lot in the territory of F.Tradog Museum“ Colnasate ”and the sale of the museum residential house” was launched in 2017.
The project was managed by the Latvian Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 sub-measure 19.2. “Implementation of the action under the community-led local development strategy” for activity 19.2.2. Project contest of the “Rēzekne District Communities Partnership” of the “place potential development initiative” 2.1. “Conservation and promotion of cultural history, natural heritage, improved public infrastructure”.
The project resulted in the construction of a brutal car park in 594 m ² area for passenger cars and two buses. Therefore, convenient access, safe vehicle placement, suitable for people with reduced mobility and equipped with the necessary road signs is available at the improved infrastructure facility. In April, the parking lot with the Rēzekne municipality has been put into service and it has already started to be used by visitors to the museum.
Construction works during the period from 17.9.2018 to 06.11.2018 were performed BY SIA “ASKO AS”, while the design supervision of the project was provided BY “Vilhelms Pužulis”.
The total cost of the project was EUR 37 564.57, the eligible costs OF EUR 30 000.00, public funding OF EUR 27 000.00. The municipal leasing financing OF EUR 3000,00 and EUR 7960,96 was allocated from the resources of the municipality of Rezekne. For the cost of the project, the second phase, during which F.Trasuna museum “Colnasate” residential house protease works will have to be provided in the framework of other project competitions.
