Education

Spring in Latvia comes with cleaning talks, white birch shelves, beans on the edge and bird songs. We're singing, too.
With Latvia's centuries, a lot of interesting events are organised in our country and a lot of good work is done. One of the following events organised by the National Centre for the Content of Education (VISC) for Latvian schools is the choir competition “singing!” The choir competition first took place in the municipality, then in four provinces of Latvia (around 80 choirs from Latvian schools), and the final concert was planned in Riga. The aim of the competition is to motivate students to participate in the preservation and process of Latvian song festival tradition, in preparation for XII Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Celebration, to promote the artistic growth of choirs, to improve the individual and collective creative abilities of students, to professionally assess the artistic growth of choirs.
From Rēzekne, the 1 st degree and participation in Latgale District competition was won BY Sakstagala Jānis KCo. in the 2 nd-9 th class girls' choir “Purenites”, Core's head music teacher Janis Velicko. Then 13 April was followed by a responsible and honest trip to Latgale in Jekabpils. 20 general school choirs from Latgale municipality took part in the competition. The choir was rated by a professional jury: Anita Liekna, Edgars Vītols, Gints Ceplenieks, Rita Platpere. In this competition, Sakstagala J. Kco's primary school choir “Purenite” won 1 grade (48,48 points) and received a VISC diploma.
The choir deserved it, because Cora's girls were going to try to try and repertoire, because the choir had to sound like a whole. In the two years of Cora's existence, the girls have learned a variety of skills - singing, communication, hairpinning, smiling with eyes, as writer Janis KCo has described it in the book “Human Child”: “The boy would like to learn the same laugh... so quiet, without his mouth and voice, with his eyes, the way he could laugh at someone else, that he'd be better on time.” It smiling with his heart in the direction of Cora's talented teacher, John, and laughing, “We love the teacher's musical headphones!”
Cora's friendly supporter team is Cora's manager, the teacher Janis Velicko, the teacher, our schoolgirl, the teacher Anita Doroshchonoka, the teacher of the teacher Anita Doroshchonoka, the director of Cora's manager Sylvia Freiberga. We also have a team of fans - school kitchens and technical girls, clerks, parents of pupils, our drivers, teachers and pupils. Thanks also to the Rēzekne municipality for financial support on the way to Jekabpils. A good-natured Rezekne bus driver Rudis led us to the competition.
Just doing it together - “cool to be!”
