SIA “SILENT WARMTH” calls for a Balancing Accounting Officer to be employed for a certain period of time
Rēzekne municipality's capital company SIA “Silent warmth” calls for a Balancing Accounting Officer to be employed for a limited period of time.
The main tasks of the work:
- Organisation, accounting and control of the company's accounting process in accordance with THE requirements of THE laws and regulations OF THE LR
- Making payroll calculations;
- Inventory of fixed assets;
- Processing of accounting documents
- Customer/vendor due date control, operation of bank operations
- Preparation of annual report
- Prepare tax, statistics and other reports for public institutions
- Preparing financial accounting reports for company management
- Planning, monitoring and managing the flow of financial accounting documents of the company
- Cooperate and provide support for accounting matters to other municipal authorities
- Perform other tasks assigned by the company's management within the scope of its competence.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education in accounting
- Not less than 5 years of experience
- Knowledge in the Accounting Program
- Good communication abilities
- Experience of negotiating and addressing conflict situations within the framework of their competences
- Logical, analytical thinking and creative approach to the work process
- Accuracy, honesty and high sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of Latvian and Russian language, English will be considered an advantage
- Excellent skills in working with your computer (MS Office).
