Silmalas parish restored Kruku primary school building

Silmalas parish administration carried out renovation works of the cruise primary school building from 3 April 2017 to 2 September 2017.
The primary school building was put into service in 1968 and is used as an educational institution. Total net area of 1378,6 m2. The building is located at miera Street, Kruķos, Silmalas parish, Rēzekne municipality. The total physical depreciation of the building is 40-45%. The parish board adopted a decision to restore the building of the primary school of cops, the construction project “Renewal of the basic school of cops” was commissioned, which was developed BY SIA “insulation of the building”.
When surveying the building, the designers have found that the unsatisfactory state of the building is the base of the building, the building-bearing walls of the building have cracks (the repair of external walls), the condition of the roof coverings, the roof cover and the rainwater drain system are in a satisfactory state, from eight entrance roofs and thresholds, only two thresholds are in a satisfactory state, the pearls are required to perform constructions dismantling and new construction, the heating system is in satisfactory condition (the replacement and adjustment of all radiators is necessary). As part of the construction project, it was planned to resolve all of the above problems and to rebuild the building. The construction works of the project were carried out from 03.04.2017 to 02.09.2017. Construction works were performed BY SIA “ASKO AS”, author supervision - SIA “building insulation”, construction supervision - SIA “Warss +”. Currently, all construction works have been successfully completed.
As part of the project, the basics of the building, the walls, the roof and the entire heating system were insulated, thus increasing the energy efficiency of the building. It is planned that heating expenditure will be reduced by at least 30% due to the construction project implemented, i.e. 7-8 thousand. EUR per year. The construction of new ten roofs above the entrance, the construction of four PVC design doors, the mounting of boiler house gates, the creation of panels and panels at the main entrance, which will ensure the attractiveness of the building and the availability of the environment, was carried out. After completion of the works, the fitting-out of the school area was carried out. On 1 November 2017, the facility's readiness for putting into service was verified by the National Inspection Office of Construction, which was the subject of an act on the acceptance of the building.
Project financing: 100 % parish management funding - EUR 221 746,32, incl. Budget of the 2017 budget-EUR 16 341.32 and borrowing in the national treasury for 25 years - EUR 205 405. Thanks to the project implemented, the parish and the municipality will be able to use the renewable energy, with high energy efficiency and the environmental availability of the building.
