The school youth game “young Riga guards” returns to Rēzekne municipality IN Bērzgales parish!
“YOU can also be the new Riga guardian and survive the historic events of Latvia and the violent work of the participants in real field conditions! Invite 5 friends, create a team, participate in adventure and a representative for their school, city, district at the Latvian-wide challenge competition for school youth“ young Riga guards ”!” invites the youth guards and information centre. The game will be held on October 21, 2016 in Rēzekne municipality IN Bērzgales parish!
In order to participate in the “new Riga guards”, a team of six young people, three jrs@jic.gov.lv, three girls aged 14 to 18 years, must be assigned to e-mail by October 14. The team can be created by young people from schools, classes, sports teams, or simply good friends. By-laws, application and test - Annex!
“New Riga guards” is an exciting adventure game in the free environment, during which every young person can learn the skills and skills of young guards, to deepen the knowledge of Latvia's history, to learn to cooperate in a team, to participate in real missions/competitions, during which the fastest, most accurate and cohesive teams will be established.
With the participation of the “new Riga guards”, every young man will be able to survive the feelings and events that took place less than 100 years ago – at a time when the independence of Latvia was violated, as the areas of the game districts and regions will be formed as legends based on the true history events of the region. The goal of the game is to promote the youth movement and national armed forces among teenagers and young people by encouraging the patriotic education of young people and strengthening civil consciousness in a binding manner.
