Social entrepreneurship initiators can submit applications for a business idea competition

By 21 February The Ministry of Welfare (LM) invites social entrepreneurship initiators to submit applications for a business idea competition, which aims to involve people in social entrepreneurship without prior experience in this field, as well as identify the 20 best social entrepreneurship initiators who will receive individual consultations for the realization of their business ideas.
The social entrepreneurship idea competition expects business ideas that offer a solution to various social challenges such as the employment of groups at risk of social exclusion, the provision of social services, the creation of inclusive civil society, the promotion of education, the support for science, the protection and preservation of the environment, the protection of animals, the safeguarding of cultural diversity.
Each tenderer may submit one business idea for which financial support is provided in the form of a grant from five to 20 thousand euros. A grant of 10% from the total funding shall be provided by the applicant from its own resources. If the aid is received, the applicant will have to act with a limited company which will implement the business plan. The expected time to implement the business plan and achieve results - up to two years.
