In the storyteller competition “tech, tech, language” successfully starts the pupils of Rezekne municipality

On 29 November, the northern Latgale storyteller competition “teci, teci language” took place. This year, it brought 20 participants from various schools of Rezekne municipality – Nautrēnu secondary schools, Rēznas elementary schools, Jaunjjan elementary schools and Gaigalavas primary schools, as well AS guests from Viļānu secondary school, Andrupenes elementary school, Cibla secondary school and Eastern Latvian creative service centre (ARPC) “Zeimuļs” (Rezekne).
Children and young people up to 21 years of age who are interested in the oral tradition of the People and are actively stories in various daily or festive situations participate in this competition. Storytellers in Latvian literary language, dialect or printed form must prepare one Latvian or other person, one unusual occurrence from life and anecdote.
This time, the pupils, with enthusiasm, told stories about their lives, her mother's daughter, and her daughter, say, one of them was about the Palace of Rezekne. There were also occurrences of “life”, for which it was an event with a chair with a broken leg, another occurrence with bees. The range of anecdotes, too, was diverse, both the school, the police, and the various living things.
In the competition, the title “big storyteller or storyteller” won: Martin Kanashka (Nautrēnu secondary school folklore “Rogovka”, manager Anna Garancha), Madara Zelina, Kršjannis Zeltiņš, Kršjannis Laizāns, (ARPC “Zeimuļs” folklore set “willows”, manager Sandra Stare), selenium Astashaw (Viļānu secondary school, teacher Irita Livmane), Viesturs Streļčs (the leader of the Andrupenes elementary school folklore “Saiveen”, manager Aija Vaičule).
In contrast, the title “greatest storyteller or storyteller” was awarded to Ruth Vonogai (Nautrēnu high school folklore “Rogovka”, manager Anna Garancha), Igor Ratnikam (“Uobuleians” of the Rēzna elementary school folklore, manager Inga Katkovska), Elinai Počai (Gaigalavas basic school folklore “Purineņš”, leader Rasma Igaune), Elgar Rasma Igaune, Elgaram Rasma Igaune, Isabel Razgalim, Isabel Seimorkov, Markusam Seimushima, and Janis Kalvāne (Ciblas High School folklore group “Ilzna”, manager Dzintra Toporkova), Evelina Matîsa, Annie Krūkley (Viļānu secondary school, teacher Irita Lavmane), Melita Leinai Runchai, Amanda Mileus (Viļānu high school folklore), Ms. Elveline Leinai Runchai, Amanda Mileus, and Diana Kalvin (Viļānu high school folklore group “Biteites”, manager Dzintra Toporkova).
The competition was also awarded a jury sympathy title “the most brightest storyteller and storyteller of North Latgale.” These titles were obtained by Ruth Vonoga, Amanda Mileika, Matīss Ushmouse and Janis Kalvans.
On December 1, Rēzekne's largest storyteller and storytellers went to Riga, where they participated in the finals of the narrative competition “teci, tech language” in the final and honoured our municipality, obtaining two degree 1 diplomas – Ruta Vonoga (Nautrēnu secondary school, manager Anna Garanča), Janis Sarnovičs (Gaigalavas primary school, manager Rasma Igaune), and three grade 2 diplomas – Elina Poča (1 TP9T primary school, leader Rasma Igaune), Igors Ratniks (primary school of Rezna, leader of the manager Inga Katkovska), Elgar Ratnik (Central School of New Jerusalem, leader of the League of League).
