The end of February pampered all the ice-fishers with the weather, and also brought together Stružānu parish cops who took a major role on the Luban Lake on 24 February.
THE organized winter and summer fishing competitions OF Stružānu parish have already become a tradition for many years. It is both a recreation and a pleasure of the spirit of the competition and an hour of friendly co-existence, as well as a restless ignorance that will be best for fishermen this time.
Fifteen Stružānu parish fishermen and one winter coppman from Dricānu parish took part in the competition. Thirteen men, one woman and two children of the children's age, tried to catch the biggest role.
After the massive and strained struggle and the weighting of the roles, it became clear that Alvis Lizdics (3.904 kg), the second Ainars Esta (3.125 kg), was ranked in the first place, and the third Armands Žurovskis (3.059 kg) was also the third Ainars Esta (3.125 kg). With the attention of the attention of both himself and the other cops, the only woman, angling Janin Screbele (2.222 kg), was delighted.
Although the small fishermen had no role in this time, however, it did not change the joy and the azar to be on Luban and prove that they were also excited from the lake depths of a fish. In the children's age group, with the best result, we greeted Carl Kalneya, the second place was earned by Raivis Basulis.
Thanks for the participation and the support of the fishermen's team, Aivars Laganovsky, Christapam Lizdike, Edgar Buravcov, Alexander Lebedev, Peter Grodney, Dainim Binduk, Christapam Groznie, Kasparai Decsnim, Valdis Jakuskins and Grigory Kalinin.
The winners were awarded with diplomas and memorials. The promotion prizes were received by the owner of the largest fish, the smallest role owner, the oldest and the youngest fisherman, the woman, the fisherman.
After awarding, all the divisors were respected with a delicious fish soup, which was boiled on a fire on the shore of a lake. At home, the fishermen went with a great sense of satisfaction and a commitment that they would be going to wait for summer cops. Let us all get together and the fishermen, NOT THE ASAKAS!
