The project “smoke” will be implemented. ”
In 2001, a vocal-instrumental group called “smoke” was founded in the Primary School of Verham with the aim of enabling anyone to play the necessary skills in collective musicisation and participation in schools, cities, organized events, competitions, thus creating students' interest in music, learning opportunities, developing fantasy, a sense of rhythm, the ability to listen, giving the opportunity of quality and interesting to spend the free time. This group is composed of 12 students from the Primary School of Verham. As the school graduates, the group's composition is constantly changing, but the talented vocal - the instrument group “smoke” teacher Janis Pavlovskis.
The group participates in the activities of the High School of Verham, Vērēmu parish, Rezekne municipality, in various competitions: “my acorC”, “from baroque to rok”, “copper talent”. The “smoke” participants meet together three times a week and learn to sing and play different songs that surprise their listeners. In order to further maintain the level of acquisition of high musical instruments, to attract new participants, to continue speaking concerts and competitions, with high quality publicity, the association “unified family” in cooperation with THE administration of Vērēmu parish and the evaluation of the Primary Schools submitted a project “so that the group“ smoke ”is far from the open project submission of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development of the European Union for Rural Development 2014-2020 of the European Union Rural Development Programme 2014-2020.“ Implementation of the action under a community-led local development strategy ”in activity 19.2.2.“ Site potential development initiatives ”.
The aim of the project “that the group“ smoke ”is far away!” is the vocal-instrument group “smoke” for the improvement and development of the quality of the musical creative activity of the instrument group to restore and complement the existing musical instrument and sound hardware base with new musical instruments and sound hardware. The total eligible cost of the public benefit project “so that the group“ smoke ”is far away!” is EUR 5000,00. The pre-financing sources of the total cost of the project are: 10% or EUR 500,00 – Vērēmu parish administration, 90% or EUR 4500,00 – the requested public funding from the European Union's European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. The deadline for implementation of the project is 31 October 2017. Musical instruments and sound hardware (active Subbass and monitors, satellites, cables and microphones, dark and microphone stands, digital piano, guitar and guitar caps) will be purchased from SIA VALDARIO.
