Reconstruction works OF THE Lūznavas manor building continue
The municipality of Rezekne continues to implement the project “Lūznavas maniža building reconstruction (including local restoration works)”. “With the previous construction company, the full company“ IP building ”, the municipality had to terminate the contract because the contractor did not fulfil its contractual obligations,” said the project manager Anita Bringule, “so in early 2014 we launched a new procurement and a contract with the stock company“ R.A.J. ”was concluded in February.”
At the time of construction WORK, the builders of THE “R.A.J.” will complete the general construction work, including restoration works, heating installation, construction of the water and sewerage system. Currently, all works are in accordance with the previous calendar schedule, so it is expected that the object will be put into service in September.
It should be noted that the construction contractor “R.A.J.” has also undertaken to repair the works of the previous contractor and complete the outstanding works. As Anita Bringule pointed out, the local government has also agreed with construction contractors “Aiva V” and “Rimells” on the completion of works at the site: “Aiva V” WAS previously carried out in the facility by the construction works of the electrical assembly and the Vaw-current networks as a subcontractor, however, currently, a separate contract has been concluded with the construction contractor for the completion of the construction works of the second-round non-finished electrical assembly and the vac network. SIA Rimells had previously worked as a subcontractor. Currently, a separate contract has been concluded with this company, which provides for the completion of the second-order ventilation work, ”the project manager said.
“Architects Inara Caunt Office” is responsible for the authority of the object, while the construction supervision is performed by “Warss +”. The total amount of the remaining works amounts to almost 405 thousand euros. The project is financed from the budget of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and the municipality of Rezekne.
Lūznavas Manor building is a cultural historical object, so all works in the object are performed in coordination with the State Inspection of Cultural Monuments, as well as taking into account the instructions and recommendations of the inspectors. The municipality of Rezekne has invested much effort and resources in the realization of the project so THAT Lūznavas manor will recover the ancient and gorgeous style that will give this place a special notion, while preserving the project's objective of raising the attractiveness OF THE Lūznavas manor building to the people of Rezekne municipality, creating a building of the Rēzekne municipality.
