Further information on THE negative results OF COVID-19 will be received by citizens in the eHealth portal

The National Health Service (NVD) informs that, in the future, residents who have betrayed the analysis COVID-19 infection and their result will be negative will receive and be able to see the information in the eHealth portal, while in case of positive results, the previous procedures when a specialist of the Centre for Disease and Prevention of Disease and Prevention will continue to operate.
Such arrangements have been introduced to make the work more targeted and to unload the human resources involved, since in the event of any result, everyone received an individual call.
To view the received notification, the citizen must open the address in the Internet browser www.eveseliba.gov.lvyou must choose to “connect” and “resident”. You must then authorize one of the secure access features: Internet banking access data, electronic signature, or identity card (eID). The results of the analysis results will be seen in the “mailbox” menu.
In case the citizen does not have the opportunity to connect to the E-Health Portal, you are invited to call THE NVD free customer service phone 8000 1234 (working time: from Monday to Thursday from Monday to Thursday) for information on the result. 8.30 to 17.00, but on Fridays from 8.30 to 15.00.
