The preparation for public holidays IN Nautrēnu parish has been four weeks previously with the creative workshop cycle “from Latgale brown gold”, which concluded with “the creative day in Podniekos” with the killing and exhibition OF THE exhibition Nautrēnu in the sports hall – in the cultural house on 18 November.
The day of 18 November began with the traditional running around Rogovka – “Wave of the Wave.” This year, the run was around 80 participants, and the youngest member had a half-year-old. It was possible to participate in one of five distances, in children's distances (up to 4 g.u.) 200 m, 5-6 g.u. – 400 m and 7-9 g.u. – 600 m), 1.8 km and 5 km in distances.
The event started with a joint singing of Latvian national anthem and Nautrēnu parish administration leader Livia Plavinsk's speech and success and endurance.
After running, the participants were able to respect warm tea or coffee and pies. All children up to 6 years of age received medals for attending. The winners were summoned to the honorary pedestal and received medals and prizes – the winners of the 1 st place earned T-shirts with “Dreizu” or “Dreizo”.
Each member also received a commemorative mark on the runway, a wooden magnet. THE Award Fund was organised BY Nautrēnu parish administration and Magnen.
With both running and later resting, the positive energy came into the air, shared by everyone present and giving it to the other participants and Latvia.
In the evening there was a public holiday concert IN Nautrēnu sports hall – CN. Prior to the concert, it was possible to look at the exhibition “Nautrēnie works” dedicated to public holidays. The event provided Nautrēnu parish management recognition articles – Wilhelm Guanne and Lailai Ransen – for a non-selfish contribution to the benefit of society, Biruta Zelčai and Skaidrite Sutrai, on creative, self-conceivable and permanent work AT Nautrēnu secondary school, and Anna Galvanovsk and Alexander Pujatam, on the honouration of rural people and the preservation of family values.
The event was attended by the Women's General Assembly of the People's House of Latvia (manager Sanita Anckina), Nautrēnu parish youth dance collective “troke voi” (leader of Ingona Ludborja), Nautrēnu parish children dance collective (lead Solvita Dzierkale), rock band “saulis girl” (lead Sovánamk or Ingars Gusāns) in collaboration with Ralph Bilinski and Diana Ivanov, Saiva Carmen Mike, and Valters Duplinskis.
Traditionally there was a festival candle with candles, which led to the enthusiasm of the viewers. At the end of the event, they all agreed to sing in a joint song with Ginth Lochmeli and Ingar Gusana.
The celebration continued with a festival party musicized by the group Ginc and the eu. Even though the next day was a day of work, the party was busy and the celebrators were not afraid of the evening.
The celebration of public holidays resulted in a very close sense of husbandry, pride for the people and pleasure that we live in Latvia!
