The National Language Centre calls for a public assistant

The national language centre launches the competition “for the public assistants of the national language centre” and calls for energy and responsible applications.

If you are happy to work with people, you are patient/- a, as well as you associate work with Latvian language questions, login and become part of the national language centre team!
The main responsibilities in your region of residence will be:
- advise persons on the use of the national language in the public environment;
- help understand the national language law;
- explain ways to prevent violations of the national language law.
Requirements for applicants/s:
- reached the age of 21 years;
- higher education;
- Latvian language: the language of the mother tongue or the language of the official language is at grade 2 (C2).
We offer:
training on the Law of the State Language and the Application thereof, Latvian Language Cultural Matters and Interfaces in Psychology;
compensation for travel expenses for a journey to office once per quarter;
the support of experienced staff;
practical experience for stakeholders in the field.
