WE CAN call for projects TO be submitted TO THE KPFI competition for the improvement of the lighting infrastructure of local government public areas
From 19 February 2015 to 19 March 2015, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development (hereinafter - WE MAY) invite local governments to submit projects for improvement of the lighting infrastructure of public areas.
Financing is available within the framework of the open project competition “Reducing greenhouse gas emissions in local public area lighting infrastructure” of the Climate Change Financial Instrument (hereinafter - KPFI).
THE FIFG funding available within the framework of the competition is EUR 2 000 000,00, but for one project the minimum available funding OF THE FIFG is EUR 21 343.08 and a maximum of EUR 1 422 871,81. Within the framework of the tender, the maximum allowable aid intensity OF THE FIFG shall not exceed 70% of the total eligible costs of the project.
The objective of the competition is the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in the lighting infrastructure of local public areas, using technologies and environmentally friendly techniques that make it possible to reduce existing electricity consumption.
WE CAN draw attention to the fact that, within the framework of the project, energy efficient lighting installation of public areas and the reconstruction of existing lighting are supported, so that the design of the project requires the addition of the profile diagrams of the sites included in the project and the design of the design lighting for each of the profile schemes included in the project, the development of which may also be initiated prior to the announcement of the competition. The conditions of the tender relating to the activities to be supported, the eligibility of costs and the evaluation of project applications, in comparison with the previous round of the competition, will not be changed.
The period of implementation of the project activities, including the submission of the final report, is 29 May 2015.
