Parents: teachers: step towards

In order to promote cooperation with parents, THE Kaunatas secondary school offers parents an opportunity to visit “parental school” activities closer to their place of residence this year. In cooperation with county administrations and leaders of the People's House, activities take place IN Kaunatā, Chornais, Ratniekos, Dubuules, Lipuškos and Rundens. Evita Cairiša is a SECONDARY school social pedagogy of Kaunatas. The first lesson is currently in progress. The aim of the activities is to encourage parents to talk about their problems and share experiences, to gain positive thinking skills, to increase their self-assessment and to develop creativity and initiative.
In today's complex socio-economic situation, it is important for parents to hear: 'you are a good mum, dad!' 'positive, creative, knowledgeable and motivated parents are more successful with the daily difficulties of life and these skills are also handed over to their children. Happy children are also motivated and creative students.
All children of children are invited to the parents' school, even if their children do not attend Kaunatas in secondary school!
