School vision: The Primary School of Verham is a modern, creative school that collects people's traditions, promotes personal growth, provides a high-quality learning process and gives everyone the opportunity to develop and develop their own abilities in a friendly, secure environment.
Schools are cultivated and working on the values set: responsibility, dignity, belonging.
School was founded in 1988 as a school, kindergarten. From 1 September 1993, when Class 5 opened, the primary school gradually converted into primary school.
The school is located 7 km from Rezekne in the centre of Valmiera parish.
Description of the school environment:
The school pursues three basic educational programmes:

• Pre-school education programme, code 01011111
• Basic education programme, code 21011111
• Special basic education programme for students with learning disabilities, code 21015611

Language of instruction in Latvian.
The school has 9 classes and 4 pre-school groups in which 103 pupils and 62 pre-school students from Verham, Ilzeskalna, Lendzu parish and Rezekne City. The school works a friendly and creative collective: 20 teachers and 11 technicians.
