On November 4, 2016, THERE will be a special day in THE parish of Ozolaines, as the parish administration will open the 1994 event and move from Beku village and their historic home to Ozolaini or Balbians.

On 4 November at 15.00 calls on the parish population to attend THE opening festival of THE new premises of THE Ozolaines parish administration in Ozolaine. As of 7 November, the parish administration will be located in Ozolaine, and the parish's registered office will be: “lazdas”, Balbei, Ozolaines parish, Rezekne municipality, LV-4633. On the other hand, the current parish administration building in Beku village will remain Ozolaines of the People's House and from the second floor to the first to move TO THE Ozolaines library, so that it will become easily accessible to elderly people and people with special needs.

Looking back at the history, 22 years ago, in autumn 1994, when the entire life was stacked in a tractor trailer, Ozolaines parish office belongings were transferred from Balbees village to Bex village. After THE postponement OF Ozolaines parish to Bekis, the administration building in Balbians was transferred TO THE 1 TP50T basic school for the construction of sports hall.

The building where THE Ozolaines parish administration moves in is the new building of THE former Ozolaines primary school. Next to the new school building, the old school was built for many years, built in 1871. Ozolaines primary school was founded in 1872 as a parish school OF Ozolmuižas. The training took place in Russian. Up to 1. There were three classes at the World War. In 1890, 60 children were in school. In 1907, the pupils received a free lunch, a textbook, a boarding school. Several times a month, the Orthodox priest came to school. At the time of the Latvian holiday in 1936, the school had six classrooms and five teachers worked. From 1946 until 1962, the building was operated as a Ozolaines-seven-year-old school, under the authority of the National Education Division of Rezekne until 31 December 1949. During this time, the school spaces are expanded with a building. From 1 January 1950 to 7 October 1977, the school was under the authority of the Executive Committee of the Executive Committee of the Council of the Rēzekne District Council.

In 1962, the school was named Ozolaines by an eight-year-old school and, until 21 January 1992, was under the authority of the Executive Committee of the Council of the Rēzekne District People's Council.

The institution of the nine-year-old school became 21 January 1991 and, from that moment, the school was under the command of Rēzekne District Ozolaines parish. Due to the small number of pupils in Rēzekne district Ozolaines parish Ozolaines, the primary school was liquidated on 1 July 2004.

IN the period from 2004 to 2009, THE Ozolaines primary school building was closed, but the parish council often held several of its events: pensioners' meetings at Christmas, once a week, the library service point, the parish nurse, was active in the interests of interest education for children and other events.

On August 4, 2009, after funding from the European Union, within the framework of the project, the building was renovated and adapted to the needs of the social housing house. The social housing house was operated by THE MUNICIPALITY OF Rēzekne Municipality IN Ozolaines parish administration and specifically requested, but several times served as aid to the parish and the residents of Rezekne and their families who had been killed in the disaster and other exceptional cases.

It should be noted that, so far, THE Ozolaines parish administration was located in Bekis, which was returned BY the Rēzekne District Company in September 1993 with limited liability “OZOLAINE” (the name of Matrosov) to THE needs of THE council of THE county OF Ozolaines.
