Education

From October 26 to November 1, the municipality of Rezekne took hosts from the municipality of Pitea in Sweden. Pre-school teacher and manager working group from Infjarden kindergartens, NORD PLUS project "Be Active, be Creative, be in Nature! ”, NP JR-2015/10087, arrived with the goal of watching pre-school work in Latvia, in particular, the municipality OF Rezekne at Griškānu in the pre-school educational institution. At the start of the project, the priorities to be learned during the implementation of the project were identified. Swedish colleagues were interested in festival organisation, preservation of traditions, cooperation with children's parents in pre-school education.
By attending the municipality of Rezekne, local governments, educational administration work and guidelines for the Latvian education system in the field of pre-school education were presented to guests. In anticipation OF Visitors Griškānu PII, manager Svetlana KCo presented the work of the institution, introduced the collective and welcomed the premises, the well-equipped children's playgrounds and the newly discovered outdoor pool.
The active Griškānu pre-school educational institution collective was well prepared to provide guests with an idea of organising the pedagogical process at their institution. The visitors were in the autumn festival, playing together with children and watching the institution's collaboration with children's parents in the autumn trade.
Visitors were invited to participate in the teaching of the pedagogical process throughout the day, both for walks, lessons and free times. Morning rosmes, watching musical toy, teacher work in groups of children of different ages, exchange of managers' work planning experience – these activities in mies with conversations at a lunch table or coffee cup. Swedish teachers showed great interest in the exercise of therapeutic exercise and welcomed its contribution to the development of children and the strengthening of health.
Swedish colleagues with envy acknowledged the importance of the contribution of the music teacher to the development of children. This emotional co-existence is lacking for Swedish pre-pupils because the pre-school does not have an accent on music lessons and is not a music teacher. In view of the fact that not every teacher is musical, and also the absence of higher education in the school in Sweden, the child only gets as much as the teacher can give in this field. For the last 7-10 years, the Swedish national setting in education is to raise young scientists and researchers, giving priority to science, thus art and music remain neglected. In turn, we emphasised that our country is thinking about a comprehensive development of children.
The visitors were surprised by how much our teachers helped the child in the process of dressing in preparation for a walk, stressing that Swedish children had learned self-service skills very early and were much more independent. I can say that Swedish pre-pupils are very independent not only in dressing, but also in all self-service skills, because i could watch it by eating pre-school work in the pre-school institutions of the Swedish twinning partners.
Time was devoted to negotiations and discussions on the education area in Sweden and Latvia, commenting on similar and different features. Swedish colleagues were very interested and asked many questions about the guidelines of the Latvian education system. As a result of the teaching and discussion of the pedagogical process, Swedish colleagues acknowledged that the combination of Latvian and Swedish education system settings in the pre-school field would constitute an ideal model of pre-school education.
The guidelines for pre-school education are very important in Sweden and all sections are perfectly respected on a daily basis. We have been introduced to this small paper (brochure), which is a golden book in my own Swedish colleagues.
During the discussions, teachers were able to find out a number of cases of interest to themselves about the organisation of work in one or another country. It turns out that the work of Swedish colleagues starts at six o'clock in the morning with the opening of the institutions and continues to plkst.. 19.00. During the day, three teachers participate in the activities of one kindergarten group, each with 8 working hours. The teacher's assistant does not exist as an establishment unit. Children don't sleep for a day because their parents' setting is, of course, an exception.
Time was devoted not only to the eating of the work, but also to E-twinning project planning for further development of cooperation. The joint negotiations explored the subject of research and exchange of views on joint projects.
In addition to the planned activities, Swedish colleagues were able to see the most ambitious attractions of Rezekne - “Zeimuli”, “GORA”, and the view of the Rēzekne Municipality Lūznavas. We also received good reviews for the opportunity to visit the concert “organisms” at the concert hall “GORS” and the exhibition - “Rezekne businessman”. The visitors' desire to obtain local products was also filled, and the Swedish colleagues wear the written gloves of our Latgale wife.
The planned attendance OF Kaunatas PII “bell” was particularly warm, as visitors were expected to play Kaunatas for high school folklore under the direction of Sandra Visha. In the atmosphere of creative workshops, teachers shared their experiences and skills in building a home. By the tradition of sentencing, by laughing and laughing and talking, his hands were fucking in the final, delighted by all the present. Every Swedish colleague took the idea and finished product for the interior of his living.
Visiting the ceramic Peter Gailums Ilzeskalna parish, the visitors could see how a beautiful, only Latgale-specific vase, as well as seeing the snake-off moment and buying souvenirs for households, had been seen in a few dozen minutes. The teachers were pleased about this opportunity and regretted that the crafts in Sweden gradually become the past because young people don't have an interest in acquiring ancient trades.
“Love in Barna Park” Ozolmuižas parish in Untumi, with common, fire-based lunch, with Latvian and Swedish games, the time of songs passed without notice, and the moment of divorce, which was very emotionally sensed by both us and Swedish colleagues, because we were able to get very close to this week. We still retain the good impressions of sincere and open people, and very soon, from February 8 to February 14, 2016, Griškānu PII teachers will go to Pitea for experience in the liberal pedagogy.
Summarize the benefits of these project activities. The communication skills, the pride of progress, the experience of admission of visitors, the ideas for further cooperation, as well as the strengthening of foreign language skills and the realization that it is necessary to learn foreign language for further qualitative co-operation in common projects - these are the cases that will give Griškānu PII pedagogical collective incentives for further work.
At the time of the week with the guests was the author of a pre-school education of the municipality of Rezekne. Biruta Rīvāne and project manager Iveta bridge.
