25 children from all Latvia in this autumn and winter have received a long-awaited gift – specially adapted tricycles. Among them is Victoria from Rēzekne, THE parish OF Ozolmuižas and two more families from Latgale. In the course of 10 weeks, the charitable stock “will give children the joy of movement” by purchasing a LATVIAN SMALL bread with a mission mark has been donated by less than 14 000 euros in 10 weeks, channelled to the purchase of wheels for children with reduced mobility.

In collaboration with the fondam “Ziedot.lv”, the LATVIAN BAKER and wheel makers, the social entrepreneurship project HOPP, most of the families have already received a special gift. Daugavpils, Dagda, Rēzekne Municipality Ozolmuiža, Jurmala, Liepaja, Alūksne are only a few of the places in Latvia where three wheels have traveled.

“It's been an emotional trip over a period of 10 weeks, we've met families and children in a personal way, putting on wheels.” We saw a lot of smiles and tears of joy. We are grateful to all who participated in this stock – customers, shops, employees and all involved, because we have been able to help 25 families, the LATVIAN BAKER's sales and marketing manager Māris Daude is participating in the event.

In the course of a charitable stock, you know and find families who need such a special wheel, helped by the foundation “Ziedot.lv”. “In the name of children and their families, i thank the LATVIAN BAKER and anyone who bought the bread with the sign of the mission because of these babies. Three-wheelers will allow children to feel better and at the same time assist in the rehabilitation process. It is an opportunity for these children to spend a lot of time in fresh air and make positive emotions from the joy of driving,“ commented on the Ziedot.lv of Rūta diamond. ”

An opportunity to move independently, an active rest and a time spent together – these are just a few benefits that have been received by families. It is also another step towards development. “Every new and seemingly simple action is a success that requires a great effort for the nineteen-year-old Ruth. The rehabilitologists, who advise us, recommended that we ride a bicycle regularly, glad that we have this chance now. Of_course, Ruth still has to get this skill. It will not be easy, but it is so necessary for the health and development of Ruth. 'We're very grateful for this gift!' says Ruth's mum Iveta from Olaine. She also joins the other 24 families, sending sincere thanks to all those who have participated in the dream.

The charity of the charity “Let's give children the joy of movement” took place in the period from 29 September to 8 December, by acquiring the bread produced by the LATVIAN BAKER such as “goltene”, “black”, tosterbread “Vita” and many others which were marked with the special mission mark.
