Calls on the population to apply for vaccination in Rēzekne municipality on 3 June

Vaccination against Covid-19 will take place in cooperation with the local government on 3 June Rezekne municipality. In particular, vaccination is encouraged to apply for seniors and inhabitants who do not have the opportunity to reach the nearest large-scale vaccination centre in Rezekne or Daugavpils.  

Vaccination in Rēzekne municipality is intended for all residents aged 16 and over, but is particularly encouraged to apply for seniors and residents with chronic diseases that have difficulties in getting up to further vaccination points. 

Vaccination in Rēzekne municipality will take place on 3 June:

• from 10:00 – 18:00 Kaunatas in the People's House, address: Raznas street 14, Kaunata, Kaunatas civil parish, Rezekne municipality, telephone for applications: 29357595;
• from 10:00 – 18:00 Dricānu in the parish cultural house, address: Pagasthouse, Dricāni, Dricānu civil parish, Rezekne municipality, telephone for applications: 29113368. 

Vaccination will take place with one of three types of vaccines: Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine Comirnaty, modern vaccine or Johnson & Johnson vaccine Janssen.

We are invited to apply for vaccination until 2 June (including). Residents should take the passport or identity card when they arrive at the vaccination site, other additional certificates are not required.
