Another municipal gravel road project

On October 30, 2020, the last of the Rēzekne Municipality Project No. 18-01-a00702-000113 “Improving the municipal road infrastructure in Rēzekne municipality, 2 nd round” for motorways Uļjanova – Workers can be said, so that all activities of that project have been implemented. In the near future, the report documents will be submitted to the Rural Support Service, which the project referred to in the programme for rural development of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development 2014-2020, “Basic services and village renewal in rural areas”, was submitted and received support financing on 12 December 2018.

The implementation of the project was started as early as the beginning of 2019, and six motorways of the municipality of Rezekne have been rebuilt, with the total length of the gravel roads to be rebuilt 13,752 km:

  •  No 4401 Bērzgale — Chervonka 2,151 km Bērzgales parish;
  •  No 8201 Jaunricava – Kalvi 2.325 km IN Rikavas civil parish;
  •  No. 6005 Kozlovka — Pigs 1,836 km IN THE parish OF Kantinieku;
  • No 5030 Vilnius – Pilcene 2.187 km IN Dricānu civil parish;
  • No 7502 Sauters — Dierva 2,548 km IN Nautrēnu parish;
  • No 8603 Uļjanova – Vorlimus 2.705 km IN Sakstagala parish.

The project was implemented with the aim of improving the quality of the gravel roads of the municipality of Rezekne for the promotion of rural business and ensuring the reach of the local population.

In the project, the construction of roads was carried out BY SIA “roads and bridges”, SIA “Vaivars”, SIA “Relat building”, the construction of all these roads is ensured BY THE “ACM project” OF SIA, but by copyright supervision - SIA “CoR projects”.

The total cost of construction of the project is EUR 1 927 771.28, the amount of the eligible costs is EUR 1 908 967,67, including EAFRD public funding OF EUR 1 718 070.90.
