Kaunatas Secondary School Directors approved by Inara Paramonova

On July 21, Inara Paramonova was confirmed at the meeting of the Rēzekne District Council on Kaunatas High School Directors. On 7 July, an evaluation of two applicants took place at the post of Director, where Inara Paramonava won the highest score. It should be noted that Inara Paramonova is the current deputy director of THE Kaunatas secondary school and a teacher of Latvian language and literature.

The previous Director, Alīna Gendele, had left his position as a member of the Saeima deputy.

Two bidders Inara Paramonova and Daiga Ceipsce applied for an open competition “Rēzekne Municipality Kaunatas High School Director”. In assessing the relevance of the documents and the motivation letters and development concept of the participants in the competition, both applicants were moved to a second round, which assessed the presentation of THE CONCEPT of Kaunatas secondary school development, its compliance with the submitted written material, knowledge and skills in school management, erudition, competency, style, contact capacity, communication skills.

Representatives of the municipality of Rezekne and representatives of the management of the local government, who asked questions of interest to the applicants, also participated in the interviews. The Commission decided to focus on the appointment of Inara Paramonova as Director of THE Kaunatas High School.
