“Svilpaunieki” is a two-story apartment-type guesthouse with eight different rooms: one – single, three – double, four – family rooms. There is a shared kitchen, where you can not only cook dinner, but also get to know other guests of the guesthouse. There is free internet access here, but we have given up on televisions. We invite you to spend quality time with your fellow humans, talking, listening to the sounds of nature together, traveling or simply being around.

“We have given the house a second life – in 1951, a bathhouse was built on this site, where local residents pampered their souls and bodies amidst fragrant water vapors. After that, this house changed owners several times until it came into our hands. We have tried to do everything to make every guest feel welcome here, and we will definitely continue to develop both the guest house and the surrounding environment,” reveals the owner of the guest house, Mārtiņš.

"Svilpaunieki" is like a boardwalk from which to jump off to explore Latgale in all its splendor and diversity. Everyone will find something for themselves here: the peace of nature or adventures, new impressions or the thrill of a cultural event.

The guest house is located in Lūznava, Rēzekne region, in the territory of the renovated Lūznava manor park. We are also part of the Rāzna National Park, so nature lovers will appreciate the local lakes: Vertūkšne, Zosna, Ismeru and Rāzna lakes are very close. Meanwhile, guests closer and further away can go to see the cultural and historical centers of Latgale cities or local regions: Rēzekne (22 km), Preiļi (42 km), Aglona (43 km), Ludza (50 km), Daugavpils (76 km) or Krāslava (75 km).

HIGHER ABOVE THE EARTH! "Svilpauniek" Net Park is waiting for its visitors!

On July 15, 2023, during the Art Picnic, a new active recreation and entertainment facility was opened in Lūznava. The Net Park is a family-friendly activity that will be suitable not only for children, but also for adults.

Both the fun of running the track and trying out the different balls available for play, and the peace and freedom you get from simply lying in the nets and watching the play of treetops and clouds.

The 1.5–5 m high nets are a great place to release energy, relax and unwind. The net park consists of 3 net courts at different levels, with larger and smaller balls also available.

Parents can join their children in the net park or conveniently keep an eye on their children's play by using the adjacent recreation platform and trying out NUUK lounge chairs.

Up to 15 people can be in the net park at the same time. The duration of one visit is 1 hour. It is recommended to wear closed shoes with non-slip soles in the park. Children under 6 years of age may only go to the net park with an adult.
