"Svilpaunieki" is a two-story apartment-type guest house with eight different rooms: one - single, three - double, four - family rooms. There is a common kitchen, where you can not only prepare dinner, but also get to know other guests of the guest house. There is free internet, but we have given up TVs. We invite you to spend quality time with fellow human beings, talking, listening to the sounds of nature together, traveling or just being around.

"We have given the house a second life - in 1951, a sauna was built in this place, where local residents pampered their body and soul among the fragrant water spirits. After that, this house went through several changes of owners until it came into our hands. We have tried to do everything to make every guest feel welcome here, and we will definitely continue to develop both the guest house and the surrounding environment," reveals the owner of the guest house, Mārtiņš.

"Svilpaunieki" is like a footbridge from which to jump off to get to know Latgali in all its glory and diversity. Everyone will find something of their own here: the peace of nature or adventures, new impressions or the ripples in the breast caused by cultural events.

The guest house is located in Lūznava, Rēzekne municipality, on the territory of the renovated Lūznava manor park. We also belong to the territory of the Rāzna National Park, so nature lovers will appreciate the local lakes: Vertukšne, Zosna, Ismeru and Rāzna lakes are very close. On the other hand, guests closer and further away can visit the cultural and historical centers of Latgale city or local districts: Rēzekni (22 km), Preiļus (42 km), Aglona (43 km), Ludza (50 km), Daugavpils (76 km) or Krāslava (75 km).

Network Park is waiting for its guests!

On July 15, 2023, during the Art Picnic festival in Lūznava, a new object of active recreation and entertainment was opened in Lūznava. Network Park is a family-friendly activity that will suit not only children but also adults.

Both the fun of running around the track and trying out the different balls available for play, and the peace and freedom you get if you just lie down in the nets and watch the treetops and clouds play.

In the 1.5-5 m high nets, you can both discharge the accumulated energy and relax and unwind. The net park consists of 3 net courts at different levels, larger and smaller balls are also available.

Parents can both join the children in the netting park and comfortably follow the children's play by using the adjacent rest platform and trying out NUUK lounge chairs.

Up to 15 people can be in the network park at the same time. The duration of one visit is 1 hour. It is recommended to be in the park in closed shoes with non-slip soles. Children under the age of 6 may go to the netting park only with an adult.
