Information to be published regarding the results of the lease rights auction of the land unit with cadastre designation 7862 003 0033, which is located in Rēzekne District Kaunatas parish

On 20 November 2019, the land units of the municipality of Rezekne, the municipality of Rezekne, with cadastre designation 7862 003 0033, 2.70 ha, the lease rights were acquired by the sole shareholder of the auction with a land lease fee OF EUR 65,00 (sixty-five euros 00 cents) (excluding VAT) per year.
The lease contract of the auctioned land unit was concluded with SIA “ROMANDA” for a period of 12 (twelve) years.
