4. janvārī notiks Audriņu traģēdijas 74. gadadienas piemiņas pasākumi

At the beginning of January 2016, 74 years had passed since the tragic events, when, in revenge for the hiding of the escaped prisoners, the Nazis burned THE Rēzekne District Audriņu, killing more than 200 inhabitants in the Anchupan woods and, publicly at the wall of the Rēzekne prison, shot 30 Audriņu men. A number of memorial events will take place on 4 January to remind them of the dead and to remind them of what the war can bring.
