Call for applicants for competition “Rezekne Municipality 2016”
In order to honor the best entrepreneurs of Rezekne, who contribute to the development of the business environment, employment, attractiveness of the territory and public activity, the municipality of Rēzekne conducts the competition “Rēzekne Municipality” for the fifth year. Individual workers, self-employed or any merchant, irrespective of their legal status and activity, may be nominated for the nominations of the tender; the main is that the company is registered and his or her economic activity is performed in the territory of Rezekne District.
Applicants, upon receipt of their consent, may be nominated by the Consultative Council of the Population of Rezekne, other institutions, as well as any citizen. The notified companies will be assessed in ten nominations: annual domestic producer, annual artisanal, annual innovative product/service implementer, annual company-municipality VIP, year-new company, annual tourism service provider, annual education mecenate, annual cultural mecenate and annual enterprise, as well as new nomination “annual family business”.
A tender may be submitted by 19 September, submitting a completed application questionnaire to the Registrar of the municipality of Rezekne (Cabinet 17, release alley in 95 A, Rezekne) or in any parish administration of Rezekne municipality. Applications may also be sent by post with an indication: “competition“ Rezekne Municipality ””, address: Rēzekne District Municipality, Liberation Alliance 95 A, Rēzekne, LV-4601 or send to e-mail: info@rezeknesnovads.lv, with the indication “competition“ Rēzeknes municipality ”” and signature of the application form with a secure electronic signature. The tender application form shall be available both in the paper format of the municipality of Rezekne and in the county administrations and in electronic form. HERE.
In order to determine the winners of the competition, an evaluation Commission will be established, which will visit bidders of the competition at the places of performance of their activities. The winners of the competition will be honoured at a formal ceremony on 19 March 2017.
