Updating of the energy efficiency of the “Rēznas elementary school building”
On 29 June 2022, a draft agreement was signed between the municipal and central financial and contract agencies “Improving the energy efficiency of the Rēznas elementary school building” No 4.2.2.0/21/A/031 implementation.
2023. gada 16. martā tika noslēgts būvdarbu līgums ar SIA “Latgalija”, kura jau kopš aprīļa mēneša veic Rēznas pamatskolas ēkas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas būvdarbus.
The aim of the project is to reduce primary energy consumption by encouraging improvement of energy efficiency in the building of the Rēznas primary school in the school street 2, Stalerova, Stoļerovas parish, Rezekne municipality. The main project activities are the performance of building works (1 st external wall insulation, including window and door openings and cocollar outer walls, warming of pilasters, warming of foundations, as well as cleaning and auditing of ventilation shaft, and cleaning of ventilation outlets, thermal insulation of roof 2, automation of thermal node 3, 4 th kitchen transmission system replacement) and construction supervision. The results of the project are: reduction of primary energy consumption of 471 440.57 kWh per year and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions per year in 18,16 t CO2 equivalents. The planned heating energy consumption is 89.16 kWh/m2 per year.
Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 530 330,73 EUR, attiecināmās izmaksas ir 523 331,80 EUR, no tām ERAF finansējums 411 084,22 EUR, valsts budžeta dotācija 22 031,28 EUR un pašvaldības finansējums 90 216,30 EUR, un neattiecināmās izmaksas 6 998,93 EUR. Projekta ilgums ir 18 mēneši.|
