Supported 12 youth camps and non-formal training projects

A project by the municipality of Rezekne is concluded for young people on funding for youth camps and non-formal training projects. In total, 22 project applications were submitted, of which 12 most topical and original were awarded a total amount of EUR 10 000. The project applications were based on the ideas of non-formal training such as the promotion of environmental protection measures and the development of the tourism sector in Rezekne municipality, the acquisition of field skills, alpinism and self-protection elements, as well as the development of artistic skills in sectors such as an actor game, painting and scenography. All supported youth camps and non-formal training projects will be implemented over the period from 1 May to 1 November.
