Education

In the week of this year, Audriņu primary school pupils went on an exciting and creative journey through the world of science and technology. The technologies are every step on our daily basis, they all offer us new opportunities, but they need to be able to act. In the course of the week, in intensive work, pupils surveyed, gathered data and analysed them, knew, carried out experiments and laboratory works, questionnaires, and compiled a variety of creative tasks.
Each class had its own sub-theme, along which they traveled. Each trip had its own goals and tasks that had to be carried out. Students of classes 1-3 looked at the world under the microscope, the 4 th grade pupils looked at the latest achievements of Husqvarna, the 5 th grade pupils took this week in the realm of water, the 6 th-8 th pupils carried out a study of the latest technologies or they help us, or, however, interfere with how often we used the technologies. Class 9 collected and analysed events at the school year.
In order to learn more, the pupils drove to Rezekne, where the creative workshop ARPC “Zeimuļs”, the Rēzekne Technology Academy – mehatronic laboratory, was “Husqvarna” in a store, a castle and a museum.
Thank the class educators and the other teachers for their ideas and creative approach, on the work they have done. Thank the driver, Yuri Pontag, who sent the pupils to the destination.

Audriņu Deputy Director of Basic School in Studies
