The team won a Maltas team in a volleyball championship.

On Sunday, February 12, Balvi was awarded an open championship in volleyball women. The victory laurus was flowed by our volleyball team Malta. In Balvi, this championship takes place for a quarter of a year, bringing together five women's teams that year – the Prize of the Prize, Berzpils, Baltinava, the Prize BJSS and Malta. Santa Ostrovska, Lena Gailuma, Elina Zuyne, Ilze Rubule, Baiba Luture, Inita Berne and Yelizaveta Puzane played. AT Malta, the entire championship was not rebutted, so after four summers they celebrated a convincing victory and became champions. The team says much thanks to Rēzekne's council for the support.
